Where do you deliver to?

Currently we are only able to deliver to the United Kingdom & Ireland and countries in the EU.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

In the U.K. orders are expected to arrive in 2-4 working days.  For international orders 3-7 days.

 

Where are my orders shipped from?

Orders are processed and fulfilled by our team in the U.K.

 

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Delivery costs can be viewed here.

 

Can I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our returns policy can be viewed here.

 

Which courier do you use?

We currently use the Royal Mail to deliver products straight to you.  As the company continues to grow this may switch to alternate couriers.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your products have been dispatched you will receive an email with your item tracking number.  Alternatively you can use our tracker here.

 

Can I change my order?

Orders are unable to be changed once they have been dispatched.  Thereafter, you will be required to go through the refund process.  Before order dispatch, orders can be edited by contacting our support team here.

 

What if I have received the wrong item?

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly as possible:  

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you received in it's place

  • A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo 

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team be in touch to get this sorted as promptly as possible.

 

Can I change the address on my order?

Your address can be changed ONLY before your item has been dispatched.  To change your address please contact our customer support team here.

If your input the wrong address at checkout and your item is dispatched we can not be accountable for orders going missing.
